Symptoms

FA_MASS_ADDITIONS.AMORTIZE_FLAG is incorrectly getting set to 'NO' in the following scenario causing Post Mass Additions to fail with error:

APP-OFA-47778: You cannot expense an adjustment to an asset which you have already Amortized an adjustment. Please amortize this adjustment
