When try to edit timecard for some employees , the following error occurs and cannot update the timecard 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Self Service Time > Recent Timecard  ( System Date 10-Jan-2022)
2.  Click on update option for the Working status timecard  ( timecard start date 15-Sep-2021)  
3.  Enter the values  
5.  Click on Continue
6.  Receive The error:
