Oacore Services Fails With Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/classloader/util/InitialLoadersConfiguration After Restoring j2ee Folder Which Was Deleted Accidentally (Doc ID 2854458.1)

Symptoms

Accidentally deleted the folder $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/j2ee and copied it back from the backup. But while attempting to start oacore Services, the following error occurs.

$ admanagedsrvctl.sh start oacore_server(n)

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/classloader/util/InitialLoadersConfiguration

Changes

The folder $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/j2ee was removed accidentally.
