Symptoms

Data duplication issue observed and reported in ATW groups after upgrade to 19c database:

List of values of Invoice Withholding Tax Group showing duplicate Allow Tax Withholding (ATW) groups.

The issue can be replicated with the following steps:

  1. Login into Oracle Applications
  2. Select Oracle iSupplier Portal
  3. Query on existing supplier
  4. Go to Tax Details
  5. Enable Check box: Allow Withholding Tax
  6. List of values of Invoice Withholding Tax Group showing duplicate Allow Tax Withholding (ATW) groups.

Changes

 Issue happened after upgrade to DataBase 19C
