Seeded Value set "BOM_SRS_ORG_CODE" has below information before patch 31563965:R12.BOM.D
Maximum size : 4
Value Name: Organization Code
Type: Char
Size: 4

Hidden ID
Name: Organization ID
Type: Number
Size: 22

After patch , notice below changes in the Value set definition i.e the Maximum size is changed
Maximum size : 3
Value Name: Organization Code
Type: Char
Size: 3

Hidden ID
Name: Organization ID
Type: Number
Size: 22

Because of the change , Functional flows using this value set and having organization_id greater than 3 digits are in error.

Eg : In PDH application , If an attribute 'X' has this value set attached and this attribute is part of an attribute group 'Y' , Then the Item Creation for an Organization 'Z' having organization_id value as 1234

will fail with error "For Attribute 'X' in Attribute Group 'Y' you have exceeded the maximum size , Please enter maximum of 3 "
