ACA Archive Process Not Selecting Employees Terminated In January (Doc ID 2854576.1)

Actual Behavior:
While reviewing results of the Benefits ACA Archive Process, seeing that the archive is not selecting employees terminated in January of the reporting year.

In contrast, the archive is able to process employees who are in the medical plan (with no electable options) who are not terminated or terminated after January.
But if employee is terminated in the month of January with coverage present till end of the month,
    and the medical plan does have option then the employee is not successfully processed by ACA processes.

Expected Behavior:
Expect that employees terminated in January, who had coverage until end of month in ACA self-insured plans without electable options, should still process correctly.

Steps to Recreate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Current Employee is covered in a medical plan covered under ACA with no electable options.
    Plan is registered as an ACA Plan and is self-insured.
2. Person terminates mid-month in January 2021.
    Coverage is offered til end of month.
3. ACA Archive process runs and does not process this employee.
