Line 15 value for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Form 1095-C picking up rates (for some months only) from older events.
Noted that some events are not within the ACA reporting year (some go back several years).
Expect that the rates drawn into Line 15 of the ACA Form 1095-C should represent only the rates found in the governing event.
(ie - the latest enrollment event which offered coverage to the employee during the period after that event)
Steps to Recreate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to HRMS Manager and run the Benefits ACA Archive process.
2. Now run the Benefits ACA Print Process.
Review the ACA 1095-C form for rate changes during mid-year.
See that Line 15 value shows a rate from an event not contained within the reporting year, but from a prior year.
