Change Order Generate Report export Errors out with the below error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIM Responsibility
2. Go to Change Order Advanced Search and Find change order
3. In search result, Choose Change order > Generate Report
4. Choose "Summary" or "Detail" report
5. Choose any Output type.
6. Click on Export
