Landed Cost Detail Report Performance Issue

While executing Landed Cost detail repor  this report is performing extremely poorly eventually ending with the following error


ERROR

Calling XDO Data Engine...
--SQLException
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 50 with name "_SYSSMU50_2368828192$" too small




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into LCM Responsibility
2. Run the Landed Cost Detail Report (XML) program
3. Check the completion status
