Symptoms

EBS 12.2 version, Customers Module,  DQM (Data Quality Management) is in use.   Customers or Accounts updated or created since the recent upgrade of the database can not be found when searching using the customer form.
There was not a problem with searching using the customer form before the upgrade of the database.
