Item Instance Advance Search is Not working for "Currently At Inventory Locator Location" in 12.2.
But its working in 12.1.3
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item Instance Advance Search should work for "Currently At Inventory Locator Location"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Oracle Installed Base Agent User > Installed Base > item instances > advanced search
2. Add search criteria 'Currently At Inventory Locator Location'
3 Enter the value xxxxxx and click on Go.
"No records are found"
