When provisioning an Oracle E-Business Suite database on Exadata Cloud Service or VMDB as part of Advanced Provisioning or a Lift and Shift the error can be seen.
Symptoms
The full error message is “Error Message : Error in fetching data for PSU BP Label LOV: Could not find PSU label for this database version” They are then not able to select a value from the list, nor are they able to manually enter a value.
Because this field is required, they are then unable to proceed with provisioning an environment using the Virtual Machine DB System Option.
