Symptoms

 After setting up UBL Electronic Invoice solution for Oracle Receivables (Doc ID 2214989.1), you receive the following error:

ORA-20002: 6012: XML Gateway process aborted : 'ORA-31001: Invalid resource handle or path name "/u0xxxxxxxxxxx/arinvubl21out.xsl" - ECX_ACTIONS.TRANSFORM_XML_WITH_XSLT'. For further details, see the log corresponding to FND-Logging AFLOG MODULE Name: ''.
