Product and Services Categories: When searched with '%' does Not Show All Available Categories properly (Doc ID 2856420.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

List of categories are not displayed properly when searched with '%' in Supplier > Product and Services Category > Search with '%'
The result is

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Product and Service category search on Supplier update should display proper Category combinations completely.
For example:

7-01-001,
7-01-002,
7-01-003,
8-02-001,
8-02-002,
8-03-001,
8-03-002,
8-03-003,
8-03-004

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier Management Administrator > Supplier Home
2. Search supplier and and click on update icon
3. Choose “Product and Services Category” and press “Add”
4. Choose “Search for Specific Product & Service” enter % in Code field and press Go
5. Results does not contain all Categories. It’s shown combinations that contains values in second or third segment only once
For example, we have available combinations 7-01-001, 7-01-002, 7-01-003, 8-02-001, 8-02-002, 8-03-001, 8-03-002, 8-03-003, 8-03-004,
