ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

New supplier not showing up immediately when creating supplier in HR


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the supplier record  in LOV   on the same day it is created 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables Manager > Suppliers > Entry
2. US HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > Create new contingent worker
3. Supplier Name LOV in Assignment form > Supplier tab does not show
4. Next day the LOV does display the supplier
