Symptoms
--ISSUE DESCRIPTION--
The item has a revision missing in the revisions tables in a given organization.
The revision was implemented via ECO which is in implemented status.
--STEPS TO REPRODUCE--
1. Go to Engineering > Change Management > Change Orders (ECO)
2. Create and implement an ECO with a new Item Revision
3. Navigate to Inventory > Items > Master Items
4. Query the item
5. Click on Tools > Revisions
6. See all the revisions for the item in the organization except the revision which was implemented in the ECO.
