Error Occurs When Returning From Punchout Site to iProcurement (Doc ID 2856731.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
The following error occurs when user returns iProcurement from Punchout site. It occurs on Edge or Chrome browser.

Error
You have insufficient privilege for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.
You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data.

- Your login session has expired.
- A system failure has occurred.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Punchout site from iProcurement.
  2. Return to iProcurement from Punchout site.
  3. Error occurs.

    As per FND debug, before accessing punchout, iProcurement processes were on Application Server 1. However after returning from punchout site, processes are on the other server, like Application Server 2.
