ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The sequence cst_cost_groups_s has reached 8 characters, which has impacted the automatic creation of cost group when creating new inventory organizations. The Cost group is not populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory Responsibility
2. Setups
3. Organizations --> Organizations

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new organization
