Symptoms

When attempting to DELETE Validation Template Because Column = Null
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-40654 Record has been updated, requery block to see change.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility Order Management Super User
2. Order Management Core > Validation Templates > Name: XXXX%XXXHA%
3. Click on the RED "X" in Toolbar
4. FRM-40654 Error above
