Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Oracle Time and Labor Rules

In the upgraded 12.2.10 instance, When we try to download the time card template it keeps on loading. It does not get downloaded and Some time ends with error

Error on Page:

Failure of WebServer Bridge No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Self Service time Responsibility
2. Template
3. Select Template
4. Download
