On : 12.2.10 version, Enterprise Command Center
Navigate to the Iprocurement Home Page and receive an Error as follows:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Iprocurement Responsibility
2. Can see the page with Error
3. Happening after instance refreshed.
