ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot change suggested buyer in iProcurement requisition line in Edit and Submit Requisition page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to change the suggested  buyer in the requisition line.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Responsibility
2. Go to Edit and Submit Requisition page
3. Check Suggested Buyer in PR line - Edit and Submit Requisition
4. Change buyer to ABC by searching and selecting from LOV
5. After clicking select, the buyer still the default one
  with Loading....
