Days Past Due Attribute is not Showing Values in the Transaction List (Doc ID 2857690.1)

Symptoms

When adding the attribute 'Days Past Due' to the Transaction List in the Outstanding Receivables dashboard, it is not showing the actual value.  If the data is exported to excel, the values show.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receivables Command Center -> Outstanding Receivables

  1. Add the attribute 'Days Past Due' to the dashboard from the Configuration option.
  2. Click on save and view the data.  The Days Past Due column is null for all records.
  3. Export the data to excel, and the Days Past Due values show as negative values.
