Work Request Form Not Able To View The Available Attachments (Doc ID 2857723.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The user is not able to view attachment associated to the Work request. All the buttons
are disabled except Record history.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All buttons from the attachments be enabled.

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Maintenance super user.
2. (N) Home->Work Request.
3. Click on attachments and dropdown Actions.
4. Not all actions are available.
