ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that there is a performance issue when activating a Transfer and Assumption (T&A) request in a 19c instance. The process times out.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect no time out when activating a T&A request.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to quote for modifications.
2. Go to Requests tab and Initiate a T&A request on a contract.
3. Submit and Approve the T&A.
4. Click the Activation icon in the Request tab of the Contract Modifications page and the process times out.
