When trying to run backup via EBS Cloud Manager on Advanced Provisioned EBS 12.1.3 environment, backup fails during

Error
dbTierEBSValidation.log reports below error message.
[2021/03/05 10:06:14] [DBTIEREBSVALIDATION] Archive destination is currently not set to any value. Please set it to Oracle recommended value.
[2021/03/05 10:06:14] [DBTIEREBSVALIDATION] ERROR: Source database tier post-validation failed.
[2021/03/05 10:06:14] [DBTIEREBSVALIDATION] Updating taskid dbTierEBSValidation status to Failed
Fact
1) Confirmed that manually logging into DBMS VM server and ran sqlplus as sysdba user to check archive log setting gave valid value
2) EBS Cloud Manager version is 20.2.1.0.2
