The Deliverables Tab is not Loading on Existing Repository Contracts (Doc ID 2857786.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On clicking on 'Deliverables' tab on an existing contract from Contracts home page, page shows loading and does not fetch the data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Deliverables should be displayed, or in case of no deliverables, the empty block should display. Instead it shows as Loading since long time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contracts Workbench User -> Contract page.
2. Open any existing contract
3. Click on Deliverables tab. Page shows as Loading.
