Add Button not enable after personalizing page to add attachment
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Attachment Link Add button should be enable in R12.2.10
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: Project Super User
2. Navigate to Project List -> New Search -> Open the project
3. Select the personalize in any page to add Attachment
