Warranty Contracts Created From Sales Order With Missing Serials because of Order line in oks_reprocessing closed after partial processing. (Doc ID 2857801.1)

Contract created from Sales Order with missing Serial Numbers. If a contract is created from the sales order, at times it misses some of the serial numbers as shipped from the sales order. This can happen if the complete fulfilled quantity is not interfaced to Install base (IB) due to some transaction error.
When Service Contract Order Processing is run, the serials which are created in IB are added to contract. The serials stuck in IB error does not get added to contract even after the IB error is resolved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Order Management(R)
2.Create SO line with serialized items and maintenance lines
3.Fulfill and close order
3.Run Service Contracts Order processing program
4.Login to Installed Base(R)> Item Instance Details page>click contracts,shows only some serials.
