Observed that the reason field values are not showing any values from the assignment history button for contingent worker


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that the reason field values should show the values based on the data saved in the assignment form in assignment history button for contingent worker

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HRMS Manager Responsibility

2. Navigate to People --> Enter and Maintain

3. Query the contingent worker->Go to Assignment screen ->Date Track History on Toolbar->Click on Full History

4. Noticed that the reason field is showing blank values
