When attempting to add the assigned parts to debrief, the following error occurs:

ERROR

You cannot use item <ITEM> for debrief. Either the item is not assigned to default usable subinventory or there is no on hand quantity for it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Open the Service Request form.
3. Create a task and assign it.
4. Click on Parts button and create part requirement for the task. Generate the order for it and partially receive the order.
6. Click on Debrief button, and once the Debrief HTML page opens click on Assigned Parts button.
