2021 is not Available in Year Parameter of "Benefits ACA Process Error Data XML" (Doc ID 2857973.1)

Problem Statement:

The value 2021 is not listed in the Year parameter of "Benefits ACA process Error Data XML".


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as US Super HRMS Manager.

  2.  Go to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
  3.  Enter Benefits ACA process Error Data XML.

  4.  Year LOV does not list the value 2021.
