ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

External node is redirecting to AppsLocalLogin.jsp instead of IrecVisitor.jsp
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After logout it should redirect to IrecVisitor.jsp
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into External application
2. Logout from the application
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the IrecVisitor.jsp page after logout.
