Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Retrobill Lines program and Retrobill Organizer performance is poor.
This program completing on time for few records when we have records more than 1000-5000 records it is not completing.
Following sql statements were identified as expensive:
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect program to complete and not run endlessly for a large group of order lines.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Orders, Returns -> Retrobilling-> Retrobill Organizer
3. Run Retrobill Lines Program
