Financial Statement Generator (FSG)

Symptoms

Financial Statement Generator (FSG) Calculation is showing an incorrect amount.
The calculation is dividing one column by another column, in this report that calculation ends up being 70/0 which should show as 'n/m' but is instead displaying a large number, such as 612,120,113,415,454 %

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Ledger Responsibility > View > Requests > Submit a new request
2. Run FSG using 'Program - Publish FSG Report' where division to zero should happen for at least one field
3. Review the output

Example FSG report output having the issue:

               Column1 (A)    Column2 (B)   Column3 (C = B/A)
Value              0                   70              612,120,113,415,454%

The expectaction is that the Column3 value would be n/m  due to 70/0 calculation.

Changes
