Restarting <
There is no completion message in logs when you try to rerun patch using adop as follow:
adop restart=yes phase=apply apply_mode=downtime patches=30399999 patchtop=/u02/stageOracle/ebs_12.2.x_upgrade_patches/RUP10
adop is failing with this error:
TIME : Sun Feb 06 16:17:02 2022
FUNCTION: ADOP::GlobalVars::_GetMandatoryArgs [ Level 1 ]
ERRORMSG: Cannot identify any valid application tier nodes in
ADOP_VALID_NODES table. Ensure AutoConfig has been run on all nodes.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Set the environment
2- Run adop as follow:
adop restart=yes phase=apply apply_mode=downtime patches=30399999 patchtop=/u02/stageOracle/ebs_12.2.x_upgrade_patches/RUP10
