On clicking "complete" button on AR invoice with GST taxes, an error is observed. This is preventing to complete the AR invoice and equally generation of tax invoice number.

Steps For Replication
---------------------
1. (N): Oracle Receivables - Transactions -Transactions.
2. Enter invoice information and (N) to tools- India Tax details menu to apply GST related taxes.
3. Save.
4. Complete the invoice.
5. An error is observed.
