On : 12.2.10 version, Approvals - Req, PO
Purchase Orders are Failing to Complete and fail as INCOMPLETE or REQUIRES REAPPROVAL with PO_DOC_FAILED_RETRO_UPDATE
DETAILS

POs are becoming stuck in INCOMPLETE or REQUIRES REAPPROVAL with the following error

PO_DOC_FAILED_RETRO_UPDATE Retroactive pricing update failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO for approval
2. An email is sent to the user for approval
3. When approving by email the error "Retroactive Price Update" failed occurs
4. The status is returning the PO to its original status, ie INCOMPLETE or REQUIRES REAPPROVAL
5. The error does not occur when the document is approved though the notification worklist
