Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version,

Performance issue, unable to select some Claims from the Trade Management Claim Summary and open to access the update Claim screen.  User receives a timeout message instead of the claim screen opening.

'This page isn't working' message.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management User > Claims
2. Select Claim (CLA) from claim summary
3. Claim update screen does not open, receive 'This page isn't working' message.
