Oracle Configurator Window Not Launching "Configurator Processing. Please wait..." (Doc ID 2859010.1)

Symptoms

When trying to launch Configurator from Edge browser, user sees the note "Configurator Processing. Please wait...". However the Configurator window does not open. The message box disappeared after some time. This issue occur in a new PC. It works in other PCs.

-- Expected Behaviour
Expect to be able to launch Configurator in the new PC.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Sales Order form.
3. Enter a new order.
4. Navigate to Lines tab.
5. Enter line item and click Configurator button. Configurator does not launch.
