ECC Items Dashboard Search Is Not Displaying The Item Being Searched For (Doc ID 2859237.1)

Symptoms

In the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Items Dashboard, search for an item by typing in the "Organization Items"
search area at the top of the form but the item details are not queried/displayed after initiating the search.

Steps

  1. Navigate: Manufacturing and Distribution Manager(R) > Inventory > Items > Items Dashboard
  2. Click on Attributes tab (this step may not be necessary).
  3. In the Organization Items search box, enter the item and hit Enter or click the Search icon.
  4. Find that the item is not queried even though it appears in the LOV.
