Symptoms

Users are getting the following error when trying to complete a work item or reassign the work item to another resource:

The'xxxx'in the error message indicates the problem user.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. Query a problem customer and click on the Strategy Tab.
  2. For an open work item, try to click on 'Complete Work', or try to reassign the work item in the 'Details' screen.  The same error results in both options.
