Symptoms
Users are getting the following error when trying to complete a work item or reassign the work item to another resource:
The'xxxx'in the error message indicates the problem user.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections
- Query a problem customer and click on the Strategy Tab.
- For an open work item, try to click on 'Complete Work', or try to reassign the work item in the 'Details' screen. The same error results in both options.
