Trying to Cancel Released WIP Jobs Gives Error, "Failed to delete the transaction/allocation" and "Unable to cancel allocation..."

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Transactions
When attempting to Cancel three jobs that are Released, the system gives an error.
On one job, the following error occurs.

Failed to delete the transaction/allocation (ID =

On the other two jobs, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to cancel allocation. Another user maybe updating an
outstanding move order. Please retry again at a later time
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retrieve the job on the Discrete Jobs form (Manufacturing and Distribution Manager > WIP > Discrete > Discrete Jobs > Open).
2. Update the status to Cancelled and save.
3. The error displays onscreen.
