On : 12.2.9 version, Auction/RFx creation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

RFQ Number is not in the sequential range in Sourcing
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that RFQ numbering would be in sequence
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sourcing > Negotiations > Published Negotiations
2. Negotiations are shown with various RFQ numbering
3. Then under PO Document Type setups it shows for RFQ numbering to be:
Entry: Automatic Type: Alphanumeric Next Number: 15
