Symptoms

Problem Description
-----------------------
When upgrading to R12.2.X, patch 30399999 failed with an error.
In this patch, script file jlbrrant.sql failed with an error causing this issue.


Error Message (from patch 30399999 log)
----------------
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
FAILED: file jlbrrant.sql on worker x.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

Error Message (from respective adworker log)
----------------
CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER jl_br_ar_auto_int_param
                         *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-04095: trigger 'JL_BR_AR_AUTO_INT_PARAM' already exists on another table,
cannot replace it
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting
FAILED: file jlbrrant.sql on worker x.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

    it is failing with an error.
