Symptoms
On : 12c BIP , Enterprise: User Interface
When attempting to submit report, the following error occurs on the page and captured in bipublisher.log file.
Steps
1. Login to /xmlpserver
2. Navigate to the Catalog
3. From left side navigation window (Folders) navigate to the folder under which the report exists and submit it
