On : 12.2.9 version, HTML User Interface

Issue scrolling through Ship-To or Bill-To Contacts
When Quoting user adds or changes the Contact (either Ship To or Bill To) , the Search and Select: Contact page returns the following error

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active. The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    
HTML Quoting UI
Login as the Quoting User responsibility or Sales User responsibility (choose Quotes)
Dashboard->Quotes
Choose a quote to open or create a new quote
At the top of the Quote details page see the Contact Name displays value or has No Contact Selected, choose Select button
Or
Choose the Shipping and Billing tab
Contact Name displays value or has No Contact Selected, choose Select button
Search and Select: Contact page displays
Enter some search criteria,  such as search by Firstname or Lastname
Choose the Go button
Try to scroll to the bottom of the returned values or keep choosing the More button and eventually get error page.

Changes

 Upgrade to E-Business Suite Release 12.2.9 or higher
