In Item Lots Form INVTDILT, While updating Origination Date For a Lot, Expiration Date Changes To Same As Orig Date (Doc ID 2859958.1)

Symptoms

 

After applying patch 22644544 (eg Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 5 [RPC5]), notice that the expiration date
is getting changed/updated to the same value after changes are made to the origination date field from the item lots related form - INVTDILT.fmb.
 

 
STEPS:
--------
 
1. Navigation: Inventory > Items > Organization Items

   Query for any item/s that are setup with full lot control and lot expiration (shelf life) has control set as 'User-defined' and shelf life days with value of 0
    in any child organization.
   The 'Origination Date' and 'Expires On' field have two different values.
 
2. Navigation: Inventory>Onhand, Availability > Lots > Query Item > Change origination date

     Make a value change against ,Origination Date' field and press tab button.  

3. The 'Expires On' field is gets changed/updated to the same value as that of origination date.
