Symptoms

Interface Trip Stop gets Completed with warning

The record is stuck in the Transaction Open Interface with error : Transaction processor error
Order status is Closed but not Interfaced for the specific Order line.

Transaction Source Type: Internal order

ERROR
Supply Status change from Wait to In Transit is not allowed.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. R) Inventory Super User -> Transactions -> Transaction Open Interface
3. Query for the transaction and find that it is struck with the above message.
