Error "Sub-Line Payments can not be Updated" when Rebooking and Updating Financed Fee Line

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Billing Modules
When attempting to rebook and update financed fee line, the following error is seen:
ERROR
-----------------------
Sub-Line Payments can not be updated. If you need to update values, you must
do it at the Fee Line Payment level
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, book a contract with Financed Fee.
2. Associate Asset to Financed Fee Payment Line.
3. Book the contract.
4. Rebook to update Financed Fee Line and will receive the error.
